Steps to take during this process:
Fill out our Buyer Questionnaire: This questionnaire is a great starting point because it ask all our initial questions about what you are looking for so we can assess how we can help. Depending on your answers some follow up questions might be required.
Meet one of our brokers: Schedule an appointment to meet with one of our brokers that will be happy to walk you through the process of home buying.
Pre-Approved?: Are you pre-approved for a mortgage? If yes, great, we will be happy to work with any lender of your choice. If not, we would be happy to recommend some great lenders we have worked with in the past.
Start the search: Once we know what your budget is or what you are approved for, we will search though our database (connectMLS) for all listings that fit your needs. We will schedule all showings and walk you through all potential properties.
Prepare offer and negotiate price: Once you find the perfect property, we do a market analysis on the property. This will make sure you are not over paying for the property and cause problems down the road with the lender. We also prepare the offer and negotiate the best possible price for the property.
Inspection: Varo Real Estate will work with the home inspection company of your choice or recommend one that we know. We will also help guide you thought the home inspection process and re-negotiations based on the home inspection report.
Get to the closing table: We are here every step of the way and will assist with everything the attorneys and/or lenders need to make sure you get to the closing table for your dream home
